Our studio in Basel, Switzerland, offers a warm, welcoming luxury environment where families can relax and enjoy the moment.
Founded by Melissa of Van Oordt Photography and Caroline of Caroline Hancox Photography, we specialize in capturing the unique bond between you and your loved ones in stunning Black and White Photos, creating timeless, beautiful images that celebrate your story.
Each session includes everything you need for an unforgettable experience:

✨ Same-Day Reveals so you can see your stunning photos right away
✨ Professional Retouching of all images for a flawless finish
✨ And so much more to make your session truly special!
We’re here to ensure every detail is taken care of so you can relax, have fun, and create memories you will have forever!
A Content Call is a unique opportunity to book a Family Photoshoot at a discounted rate in exchange for signing a full image release. These sessions allow us to create stunning content and behind-the-scenes footage to showcase on social media while giving YOU an unforgettable experience.
✨ What’s Included:
CHF 200 Session Fee (normally CHF 450!) – Plus your ENTIRE session fee is given back to you as a credit toward your product purchase if you decide to upgrade - so it’s basically FREE!
20 Minute Photoshoot so you can be in and out of the studio quickly
Experienced Photographer - you will be photographed by Caroline Hancox (14+ years of experience)
3 Beautiful Photos - As a gift to you we are including 3 Digital Photos of your choice as a thank you for being part of our Content Call
Fully Guided Posing so you know exactly what to do - no awkward hands!

These sessions will ONLY be taking place on March 2 and April 6, 2025. We will only be selecting a few families for each of our 2 available dates, so don’t wait to apply!
When it’s time to see your photos, you’ll have the chance to purchase more photos and prints to make your collection even more special!

We are so excited to welcome you into the studio! This brand is the brainchild of Melissa Van Oordt (of Van Oordt Photography) and Caroline Hancox (of Caroline Hancox Photography). We are passionate photographers here in Basel with a combined 24 years of experience. We know how priceless it is to have your family captured in photos and we are so excited to spend some time with you and create images you will have for the rest of your life.
